How it works

Four steps from first contact to an empty, sold home.

  1. 1

    You contact us

Tell us about the home and the estate by form or email.

  2. 2

    Free initial assessment

We respond to your request and arrange an initial assessment. Together we go through your needs and estimate the scope of the clearance. The assessment is completely free and without obligation.

  3. 3

    A clear quote

You receive a clear quote with every cost itemised transparently. Once you accept it, we agree on a schedule that suits you. The quote is watertight, with no surprise costs.

  4. 4

    We handle the rest

Keepsakes are sent to you, the home is cleared and cleaned, and you get a final report with photos.

Frequently asked questions

Does the estate inventory need to be finished?

Buying the home requires a completed Finnish estate inventory (perukirja) and approval from all heirs. The clearance can often be planned before that.

What does a clearance cost?

It depends on the size of the home and its contents. If the contents have value, the clearance can be free. You always get a fixed price in advance.

What happens to personal belongings?

You tell us what you want to keep, and we send photos of what we find. Photos and documents are never thrown away without your approval.

Do we have to sell the home to you?

No. Clearance and purchase are separate services. You can also sell through an estate agent.
